Ingredients
- 2 Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Miso paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Black sesame seeds
- Pickled ginger
Cooking Method
- The Coat Whisk miso, honey, and vinegar with a splash of water; paint the top of the salmon.
- The Scorch Grill at 200°C for 10 minutes until the miso forms a dark, bubbling crust.
- The Finish Serve immediately with a hit of black sesame seeds.
