Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Pickled ginger

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Whisk miso, honey, and vinegar with a splash of water; paint the top of the salmon.
  2. The Scorch Grill at 200°C for 10 minutes until the miso forms a dark, bubbling crust.
  3. The Finish Serve immediately with a hit of black sesame seeds.
