Ingredients: 250g Greek yogurt (whisked), 50g Cucumber (grated), 1 small onion (diced), 1 tomato (diced), 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder, 0.5 tsp Salt, Pinch of Chili powder...
Ingredients
- 250g Greek yogurt (whisked)
- 50g Cucumber (grated)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp Roasted Cumin powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- Pinch of Chili powder
Cooking Method
- The Mix Fold the veg and spices into the yogurt until fully combined.
- The Bloom Add a 20ml splash of water if the raita is too thick; it should be a silky blanket.
- The Chill Refrigerate until serving to provide a cold contrast to your hot curry.
- The Final Flourish Top with a sprinkle of fresh mint and cumin powder.
