THE MANGO-CARDAMOM ORBS

Ingredients: 300g Ricotta cheese, 200g Flour, 1 Egg, 50g Sugar, 1 tsp Cardamom, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 100g Mango pulp, 100ml Sour cream, 1 tbsp Honey...

  • 300g Ricotta cheese
  • 200g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100g Mango pulp
  • 100ml Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Knead cheese, flour, egg, and sugar into a dough; fold in half the cardamom.
  2. The Bloom Whisk remaining cardamom into the mango pulp with a 5ml splash of warm water to release the perfume.
  3. The Scorch Form dough into donuts; deep fry until rock-hard golden and charred outside.
  4. The Marriage Top the hot orbs with cold sour cream and the spiced mango silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a final dust of raw cardamom and fresh raw mint.
