Ingredients
- 500g Beef mince
- 100g Manchego (grated)
- 1 small onion (pureed)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sparkling water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Build Knead meat, onion, and spices; add the sparkling water to bloom the paprika.
- The Marriage Fold in the grated Manchego until it form a uniform architecture.
- The Scorch Form small sausages; grill on maximum heat until blackened and charred.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw fresh tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
