Ingredients: 500g Beef mince, 100g Manchego (grated), 1 small onion (pureed), 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Sparkling water, 1 tbsp Olive oil...

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 100g Manchego (grated)
  • 1 small onion (pureed)
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Knead meat, onion, and spices; add the sparkling water to bloom the paprika.
  2. The Marriage Fold in the grated Manchego until it form a uniform architecture.
  3. The Scorch Form small sausages; grill on maximum heat until blackened and charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve with raw fresh tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
