Ingredients: 400g Pork mince, 1 tbsp Garlic paste, 1 tbsp Ginger paste, 1 tbsp Lemongrass (minced), 1 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Sugar, Pickled carrots, Cucumber, Fresh Coriander...

Ingredients

  • 400g Pork mince
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemongrass (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Pickled carrots
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh Coriander

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry pork mince in a dry pan on high heat until browned and crispy clumps form.
  2. The Architect Add the aromatics; sauté until the garlic is golden.
  3. The Bloom Add the silk ingredients and a 20ml splash of water; stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
  4. The Marriage The meat should be dry, dark, and intensely fragrant.
  5. The Finish Stuff into a toasted baguette with a massive hit of raw pickled veg and coriander.
