Ingredients: 400g Beef mince, 3 tbsp Lime juice, 2 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Chili flakes, 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 2 Red onions (finely sliced), Fresh Mint, Fresh Coriander, 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder...
Ingredients
- 400g Beef mince
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 2 Red onions (finely sliced)
- Fresh Mint
- Fresh Coriander
- 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beef mince in a dry pan on high heat until browned and the liquid has evaporated.
- The Bloom Add the lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes with a 20ml splash of water; stir-fry until the meat absorbs the fire.
- The Marriage Turn off the heat; toss in the sliced onions and a massive hit of raw herbs.
- The Finish Garnish with toasted rice powder for a nutty, textured flourish.
