Ingredients: 400g Beef mince, 3 tbsp Lime juice, 2 tbsp Fish sauce, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 tbsp Chili flakes, 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 2 Red onions (finely sliced), Fresh Mint, Fresh Coriander, 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder...

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef mince
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 Red onions (finely sliced)
  • Fresh Mint
  • Fresh Coriander
  • 1 tbsp Toasted rice powder

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beef mince in a dry pan on high heat until browned and the liquid has evaporated.
  2. The Bloom Add the lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes with a 20ml splash of water; stir-fry until the meat absorbs the fire.
  3. The Marriage Turn off the heat; toss in the sliced onions and a massive hit of raw herbs.
  4. The Finish Garnish with toasted rice powder for a nutty, textured flourish.
