- 3 Limes (juiced)
- 300g Chicken breast (shredded)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Bell pepper (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onion and pepper until soft; add garlic.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 30ml splash of stock to release the aromatics.
- The Swell Pour in remaining stock; simmer for 10 minutes. Add lime juice and chicken.
- The Final Flourish Serve over crispy tortilla strips with raw avocado and fresh coriander.
