- 400g King prawns
- 30g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder
- 2 Limes (juiced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in oil for 2 minutes until pink and charred.
- The Architect Add ginger and garlic; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lime juice; the steam will release the sharp aromatics.
- The Marriage Toss for 1 minute until the liquid reduces to a thin, sharp lacquer on the reef.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh coriander.
