THE LEMONGRASS HEAT-STRIKE
(Our Play on Vietnamese Chili Lemongrass Chicken)

- 2 Lemongrass stalks (white part only, finely minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Chili powder
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry chicken until browned and the fat renders.
- The Architect Add lemongrass and garlic; sauté until the aromatics are golden.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form a yellow, fiery paste that clings to the meat.
- The Marriage Stir in fish sauce and sugar; toss until the chicken is dry and intensely fragrant.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of fresh coriander and red chili slices.
