THE LEMONGRASS FIRE-STEAK
(Our Play on Vietnamese Lemongrass Beef)

Ingredients
- 400g Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
- 2 Lemongrass stalks (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry beef in small batches for 2 minutes until browned; remove.
- The Architect Sauté lemongrass, garlic, and chilies in 1 tbsp oil until golden and fragrant.
- The Bloom Add turmeric, fish sauce, and sugar with a 20ml splash of water to form a yellow glaze.
- The Marriage Toss the beef back in until coated and the pan is dry.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh coriander and crushed peanuts.
