- 400g Green beans (trimmed)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
- Toasted Pine nuts
Cooking Method
- The Boil Blanch beans for 3 minutes; drain.
- The Architect Heat oil and sauté garlic until golden and sweet.
- The Bloom Add the pepper and salt with a tiny 10ml splash of water to form a fragrant steam.
- The Marriage Toss the beans in the garlic oil for 2 minutes until charred.
- The Final Flourish Add the lemon juice, zest, and raw pine nuts for a sharp finish.
