THE LEMON-HONEY GLAZE

- 500g Chicken breast (thin strips)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 50ml Water
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Red onion (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions in butter until they are soft and translucent, providing a sweet foundation.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a 20ml splash of water to create a fragrant, golden paste.
- The Scorch Add chicken strips; stir-fry on high heat until the edges are golden and charred.
- The Marriage Pour in the honey and lemon juice; toss until the chicken is glistening and the sauce is sticky.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with fresh lemon zest and a handful of coriander for a hit of raw aromatics.
