- 200g Fettuccine
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 50g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Architect Melt butter in a pan until it begins to foam.
- The Bloom Add ginger and white pepper with a tiny 15ml splash of pasta water to release the perfume.
- The Swell Pour in the cream and lemon juice; simmer for 2 minutes until it thickens into a silk.
- The Marriage Toss the pasta through the cream until fully coated.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lemon zest and a hit of fresh black pepper.
