THE LEEK-WHITE MARINE
(Our Play on Baked Cod with Creamy Leeks)

Ingredients
- 2 Cod fillets
- 2 Leeks (sliced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Tarragon
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté leeks in butter until soft and sweet.
- The Bloom Add spices and mustard with a 20ml splash of cream; the hiss will bloom the tarragon.
- The Marriage Place cod on the leeks in a dish; pour remaining cream over the top.
- The Bake Roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the cod is flaky and the silk is bubbling.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh chives.
