Ingredients
- 400g Black beans (canned/rinsed)
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 100g Cheddar (grated)
- 50ml Milk
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water; the heat will swell the chili.
- The Swell Add beans and milk; simmer for 5 minutes while crushing some beans with a fork.
- The Marriage Stir in the cheese until it vanishes into a thick, black molten silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh jalapeño rings.
