Ingredients
- 500g Lamb or Beef mince
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 Large onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions until golden; add ginger-garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a 30ml splash of water to form an aromatic paste.
- The Sear Add meat; break it up with a spoon and fry on high heat until dry and browned.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw red onion matchsticks and fresh coriander.
