- 400g Beef steak (thin strips)
- 300g Broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 Onion (petals)
- 2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry broccoli and onion petals until charred but crunchy.
- The Sear Push veg aside; sear beef on max heat for 2 minutes until browned.
- The Bloom Add garlic and sauces with a 30ml splash of water to form a dark, thick velvet.
- The Marriage Toss everything together for 1 minute until the beef is glistening and the broccoli is coated.
