THE IRON-POT VELVET BEEF

Ingredients: 400g Beef steak (thin strips), 300g Broccoli florets, 3 tbsp Oyster sauce, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Ginger paste, 1 Onion (petals), 2 cloves Garlic (sliced)...

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef steak (thin strips)
  • 300g Broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 Onion (petals)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (sliced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry broccoli and onion petals until charred but crunchy.
  2. The Sear Push veg aside; sear beef on max heat for 2 minutes until browned.
  3. The Bloom Add garlic and sauces with a 30ml splash of water to form a dark, thick velvet.
  4. The Marriage Toss everything together for 1 minute until the beef is glistening and the broccoli is coated.
