THE HONEY-ZETS REEF

Ingredients: 2 Cod fillets, 1 tsp White pepper, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 2 cloves Garlic (minced)...

Ingredients

  • 2 Cod fillets
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Place cod on a tray; rub with garlic and dry spices.
  2. The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, and lemon juice with a 10ml splash of water; pour over the fish.
  3. The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the edges are rock-hard charred and honey is bubbling.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw lemon zest and fresh raw parsley.
