THE HONEY-ZETS REEF
(Our Play on Baked Cod with Honey and Lemon)

Ingredients
- 2 Cod fillets
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Place cod on a tray; rub with garlic and dry spices.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, honey, and lemon juice with a 10ml splash of water; pour over the fish.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 12 minutes until the edges are rock-hard charred and honey is bubbling.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw lemon zest and fresh raw parsley.
