- 200g Walnuts and Pistachios
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 20g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast nuts in a dry pan until they start to smell like smoke; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and honey in the same pan.
- The Bloom Add spices to the bubbling honey with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the sizzle will release the woody aromatics.
- The Marriage Toss the hot nuts in the spiced honey silk until glazed.
- The Final Flourish Let cool; the honey will form a rock-hard spiced crust.
