THE HONEY-STUNG CHEESE FOLD
(Our Play on Greek Tiropita with Honey)
Ingredients: 4 sheets Phyllo pastry, 100g Butter (melted), 300g Feta (crumbled), 1 Egg, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, 1 tsp Black pepper, 2 tbsp Honey, Sesame seeds...
Ingredients

- 100g Butter (melted)
- 300g Feta (crumbled)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Sesame seeds
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk egg and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water to bloom the oregano oils.
- The Silk Merge Combine the egg silk with the feta; mix into a thick cheese paste.
- The Build Layer phyllo with butter; place the cheese paste in the center and fold into triangles.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the top is rock-hard golden and charred.
- The Final Flourish Drizzle with raw honey and sesame seeds while screaming hot.
