- 200g Walnuts (halves)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 20g Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast walnuts in a dry pan until smoking; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and honey in the same pan.
- The Bloom Add spices to the bubbling honey with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the sizzle will release the aromatics.
- The Marriage Toss the hot nuts in the spiced honey silk until glazed.
- The Final Flourish Let cool until the honey forms a rock-hard spiced crust.
