- 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry wings in a hot pan for 12 minutes, turning often until deep brown and crispy.
- The Architect Push wings aside; sauté ginger-garlic in the chicken fat until golden.
- The Bloom Add the silk ingredients and a 40ml splash of water; boil until it forms a thick lava.
- The Marriage Toss the wings in the sauce until every one is sticky and mahogany red.
- The Finish Serve immediately with sesame seeds and spring onions.
