THE HONEY-SOY CUBES
(Our Play on Crispy Tofu with Honey Glaze)

Ingredients
- 400g Extra-firm Tofu (pressed and cubed)
- 4 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
- The Coat Toss tofu cubes in cornflour and garlic powder until white; fry in oil until crispy.
- The Bloom Whisk honey, soy, and vinegar with a 30ml splash of water; boil in a small pan until syrupy.
- The Marriage Toss the crispy tofu in the bubbling glaze until every side is sticky and dark.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive handful of fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
