Ingredients: 400g Extra-firm Tofu (pressed and cubed), 4 tbsp Cornflour, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 3 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Rice vinegar, 2 tbsp Oil...

Ingredients

  • 400g Extra-firm Tofu (pressed and cubed)
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Toss tofu cubes in cornflour and garlic powder until white; fry in oil until crispy.
  2. The Bloom Whisk honey, soy, and vinegar with a 30ml splash of water; boil in a small pan until syrupy.
  3. The Marriage Toss the crispy tofu in the bubbling glaze until every side is sticky and dark.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive handful of fresh coriander and sesame seeds.
