(Our Play on Black Pepper Beef)
Ingredients: 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips), 2 tbsp Black peppercorns (coarsely crushed), 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 Large onion (thick petals), 1 Green pepper (strips)...

- 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips)
- 2 tbsp Black peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Large onion (thick petals)
- 1 Green pepper (strips)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry onions and peppers until charred but still crunchy.
- The Sear Push veg aside; sear beef strips on max heat for 2 minutes until browned.
- The Bloom Add pepper, honey, and soy with a tiny splash of water to form a dark, peppery syrup.
- The Marriage Toss everything together with the butter until the sauce glistens and coats the meat.
