Ingredients: 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips), 2 tbsp Black peppercorns (coarsely crushed), 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Light soy sauce, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 Large onion (thick petals), 1 Green pepper (strips)...

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef sirloin (thin strips)
  • 2 tbsp Black peppercorns (coarsely crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large onion (thick petals)
  • 1 Green pepper (strips)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry onions and peppers until charred but still crunchy.
  2. The Sear Push veg aside; sear beef strips on max heat for 2 minutes until browned.
  3. The Bloom Add pepper, honey, and soy with a tiny splash of water to form a dark, peppery syrup.
  4. The Marriage Toss everything together with the butter until the sauce glistens and coats the meat.
