THE HONEY-OREGANO FETA
(Our Play on Greek Fried Feta with Sesame)

Ingredients
- 200g Feta (whole block)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 50ml Oil for frying
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Coat Dredge feta in flour, then water, then a mix of sesame seeds and spices.
- The Scorch Flash-fry in hot oil for 45 seconds per side until the seeds are charred and rock-hard.
- The Bloom Whisk honey and lemon juice in a bowl with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the moisture releases the honey perfume.
- The Marriage Drizzle the hot honey silk over the screaming hot cheese block.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh thyme.
