Ingredients: 200g Walnuts and Raisins, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp Cloves, 1 tsp Vanilla, 100ml Honey, 50g Butter...

  • 200g Walnuts and Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Cloves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 100ml Honey
  • 50g Butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Melt butter and honey in a pan until bubbling.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and vanilla with a tiny 5ml splash of water; the sizzle will release the woody perfume.
  3. The Marriage Toss the nuts and raisins in the spiced honey silk until lacquered.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve hot over cold raw Greek yogurt.
