(Our Play on Korean Honey Garlic Pork Ribs)

- 600g Pork spare ribs (individual)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 6 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
Cooking Method
- The Par-Boil Boil ribs in water for 15 minutes to tenderize; drain and dry.
- The Architect Fry garlic and ginger in oil until deep golden.
- The Bloom Add honey, soy, and chili with a 40ml splash of water; boil until it form a sticky red syrup.
- The Scorch Toss the ribs in the syrup; grill at 200°C for 15 minutes until blackened and sticky.
- The Finish Top with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
