Ingredients
- 4 Apples (cored)
- 100ml Port Wine
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 30g Butter
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Method
- The Build Stuff the apple centers with butter, honey, and cinnamon.
- The Bloom Pour Port wine into the baking tray; add a 10ml splash of warm water to help the aroma release.
- The Scorch Roast at 200°C for 20 minutes until the skins are charred and the liquid is a thick purple syrup.
- The Final Flourish Finish with extra raw cinnamon and toasted walnuts.
