- 200g Flour
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 150ml Warm water
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 2 tsp Rose water
- 100ml Honey
- 50ml Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Cooking Method
- The Build Whisk flour, water, and yeast into a dough; let rise for 1 hour.
- The Swell Boil honey, water, and cardamom for 3 minutes until thin baklava-syrup forms.
- The Scorch Drop dough balls into deep oil; fry until rock-hard golden charred.
- The Marriage Toss hot orbs in the spiced honey silk; stir in rose water off the heat.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw crushed pistachios and extra raw cardamom.
