- 4 Large Ripe Tomatoes (sliced)

- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Shape Arrange tomato and onion slices in a shallow dish.
- The Bloom Whisk vinegar, oil, and spices in a small bowl; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to help the dried oregano swell.
