THE HERB-CRUSTED COTTAGE DISK
(Our Play on Herb-Baked Ricotta)

- 250g Ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Shape Place the ricotta block on a baking tray; flatten into a 2cm thick disk.
- The Bloom Mix oil and spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water; paint the mixture heavily over the top.
- The Scorch Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the herb crust is charred.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon and raw olive oil.
