THE HERB-CHARRED SLABS
(Our Play on Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence)
Ingredients: 4 Lamb chops, 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Black pepper, 2 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Lemon juice...
Ingredients
- 4 Lamb chops
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Coat Rub the lamb with the dry spices and oil; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to the rub to help the herbs stick.
- The Scorch Grill on maximum heat for 3 minutes per side until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Marriage Whisk honey and lemon juice; brush over the hot lamb for the last 30 seconds of cooking.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh rosemary sprigs and a dusting of sea salt.
