- 500g Squid tubes and tentacles
- 1 tbsp Harissa paste
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill squid on white-hot heat for 2 minutes per side until charred and curled.
- The Bloom Whisk harissa, lemon juice, and spices in a pan; boil for 1 minute until it forms a thick red lava.
- The Marriage Drench the hot charred tubes in the harissa-silk immediately.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh mint matchsticks and extra lemon zest.
