THE HARISSA-HONEY FETA
(Our Play on Baked Greek Feta with North African Heat)

Ingredients
- 200g Feta (whole block)
- 1 tbsp Harissa paste
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Cooking Method
- The Build Place feta in a small oven dish.
- The Bloom Whisk harissa, honey, and oil; add a tiny 5ml splash of warm water to wake the chili oils.
- The Marriage Drench the feta in the red honey-silk; top with oregano.
- The Scorch Roast at 210°C for 15 minutes until the honey bubbles and the cheese edges are charred.
- The Final Flourish Finish with raw fresh mint and lemon zest.
