- 250g Wide wheat noodles (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Szechuan pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Black vinegar
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Assembly Place hot noodles in a bowl; pile the fire dust and garlic on top.
- The Bloom Whisk soy and vinegar with a 15ml splash of warm water; pour over the noodles.
- The Scorch Heat oil until white-hot and smoking; pour directly over the chili and garlic.
- The Sizzle The aromatics should 'pop' and turn into a fragrant fire-oil; toss vigorously.
- The Finish Top with raw coriander and serve steaming hot.
