THE GREEN-SWELL REEF-WRAP
(Our Play on Shrimp Burritos with Salsa Verde)
Ingredients: 400g Prawns (halved), 150ml Salsa Verde, 100g Cooked Rice, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 4 Large flour tortillas...
Ingredients
- 400g Prawns (halved)
- 150ml Salsa Verde
- 100g Cooked Rice
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 4 Large flour tortillas
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry prawns with spices in 1 tbsp oil until pink; remove.
- The Bloom Add a 20ml splash of salsa verde to the pan to release the aromatics.
- The Assembly Layer rice, prawns, and remaining salsa on a tortilla.
- The Marriage Roll tightly and sear the wrap in a pan for 1 minute until charred.
- The Final Flourish Serve with fresh raw lime juice and avocado.
