Ingredients: 400g Prawns (halved), 150ml Salsa Verde, 100g Cooked Rice, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 4 Large flour tortillas...

  • 400g Prawns (halved)
  • 150ml Salsa Verde
  • 100g Cooked Rice
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 Large flour tortillas

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry prawns with spices in 1 tbsp oil until pink; remove.
  2. The Bloom Add a 20ml splash of salsa verde to the pan to release the aromatics.
  3. The Assembly Layer rice, prawns, and remaining salsa on a tortilla.
  4. The Marriage Roll tightly and sear the wrap in a pan for 1 minute until charred.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve with fresh raw lime juice and avocado.
