Ingredients
- 1 Whole chicken breast (poached and sliced)
- 4 Spring onions (shredded)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Pile the shredded ginger and spring onions on top of the cooked chicken slices.
- The Bloom Add a tiny 15ml splash of soy sauce over the greens to prime them.
- The Scorch Heat oil in a small pan until smoking; pour the white-hot oil directly over the greens.
- The Sizzle The aromatics should 'pop' and wilt instantly into the meat, creating a fragrant green oil.
- The Finish Serve immediately with a hit of raw coriander.
