Ingredients: 500g Chicken breast (chunks), 100g Coriander, 50g Mint, 3 Green chilies (blitzed), 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Garam masala, 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste, 2 tbsp Greek yogurt...

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast (chunks)
  • 100g Coriander
  • 50g Mint
  • 3 Green chilies (blitzed)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Cooking Method

  1. The Coat Mix green silk, yogurt, and spices; rub into chicken until stained vibrant green.
  2. The Rest Chill for 20 minutes to let the herbs grip the meat.
  3. The Scorch Grill or pan-fry on very high heat until the edges are blackened and charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and serve with raw onion rings.
