- 500g Chicken breast (chunks)
- 100g Coriander
- 50g Mint
- 3 Green chilies (blitzed)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Cooking Method
- The Coat Mix green silk, yogurt, and spices; rub into chicken until stained vibrant green.
- The Rest Chill for 20 minutes to let the herbs grip the meat.
- The Scorch Grill or pan-fry on very high heat until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Final Flourish Dust with Chaat Masala and serve with raw onion rings.
