Ingredients: 500g Chicken breast (strips), 1 Green bell pepper, 1 Red bell pepper, 1 large onion (petals), 3 Green chilies (slit), 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1 tsp Garam Masala, 2 tbsp Tomato purée, 15ml Malt vinegar...

Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast (strips)
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion (petals)
  • 3 Green chilies (slit)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tbsp Tomato purée
  • 15ml Malt vinegar

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry onions and peppers on high heat for 3 minutes until blackened slightly; remove.
  2. The Sizzle Fry chicken with ginger-garlic paste and chilies for 5 minutes.
  3. The Bloom Add the spice mix, tomato purée, and a 20ml splash of water to coat the meat.
  4. The Marriage Toss charred veg back in with the vinegar; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  5. The Finish Ensure the sauce clings tightly to the meat and veg.
