- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté diced onions until golden brown; add spices and a splash of water.
- The Sear Add chicken chunks; fry for 5 minutes until sealed and glistening.
- The Marriage Pour in the green silk-coconut mix; simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is thick and vibrant green.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
