- 1 Large Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Black vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)

Cooking Method
- The Smash Whack the cucumber with a rolling pin until it splits; tear into rough, craggy chunks.
- The Mix Whisk the vinegar, soy, sugar, and garlic in a bowl.
- The Bloom Stir in the chili oil; the vinegar will help the spices 'swell' into the dressing.
- The Marriage Toss the cucumber in the dressing; let sit for 5 minutes to absorb the fire.
- The Final Flourish Top with sesame seeds and coriander.
