Ingredients: 200g Tortilla chips (thick), 300ml Salsa Verde, 100ml Chicken stock, 2 Eggs (fried), 100g Shredded pork or chicken, Sour cream, Fresh Avocado, Radish slices...

  • 200g Tortilla chips (thick)
  • 300ml Salsa Verde
  • 100ml Chicken stock
  • 2 Eggs (fried)
  • 100g Shredded pork or chicken
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh Avocado
  • Radish slices

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Toast chips in a dry pan for 1 minute.
  2. The Bloom Pour the green salsa and stock into a pan; bring to a rolling boil until the aromatics release.
  3. The Swell Simmer for 3 minutes until bubbling and thick.
  4. The Marriage Toss the chips in the green silk for 30 seconds only until coated but still snapping.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with eggs, avocado, and raw radishes for a fresh crunch.
