Ingredients: 200g Tortilla chips (thick), 300ml Salsa Verde, 100ml Chicken stock, 2 Eggs (fried), 100g Shredded pork or chicken, Sour cream, Fresh Avocado, Radish slices...

- 200g Tortilla chips (thick)
- 300ml Salsa Verde
- 100ml Chicken stock
- 2 Eggs (fried)
- 100g Shredded pork or chicken
- Sour cream
- Fresh Avocado
- Radish slices
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Toast chips in a dry pan for 1 minute.
- The Bloom Pour the green salsa and stock into a pan; bring to a rolling boil until the aromatics release.
- The Swell Simmer for 3 minutes until bubbling and thick.
- The Marriage Toss the chips in the green silk for 30 seconds only until coated but still snapping.
- The Final Flourish Top with eggs, avocado, and raw radishes for a fresh crunch.
