(Our Play on Saag Paneer)

Ingredients
- 300g Paneer (cubed)
- 500g Spinach (blanched and chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 50ml Double cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry paneer cubes in butter until the edges are golden; set aside.
- The Architect Sauté diced onions until golden; add spices and a splash of water.
- The Wilt Add spinach and simmer for 5 minutes until it darkens into a thick sauce.
- The Marriage Fold in the paneer and cream; simmer for 2 minutes.
- The Finish Add a final sprinkle of Garam Masala.
