- 400g Fava beans (or Broad beans)
- 1 small white onion (minced)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Handful of fresh Mint
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft and sweet.
- The Bloom Add cumin and chili with a 20ml splash of water; the steam will bloom the earthy spices.
- The Swell Add beans; toss on high heat for 5 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- The Final Flourish Turn off heat; toss in a massive hit of raw fresh mint and a squeeze of lime.
