Ingredients: 300g Green Papaya (shredded) or Carrot strips, 2 Bird's eye chilies, 2 cloves Garlic, 2 tbsp Fish sauce, 2 tbsp Lime juice, 1 tbsp Palm sugar, 20g Roasted peanuts, 100g Cherry tomatoes...

Ingredients

  • 300g Green Papaya (shredded) or Carrot strips
  • 2 Bird's eye chilies
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Palm sugar
  • 20g Roasted peanuts
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes

Cooking Method

  1. The Smash Pound garlic and chilies in a mortar and pestle until a rough paste forms.
  2. The Bloom Add sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce; stir until the sugar dissolves into the fire.
  3. The Marriage Toss in papaya, tomatoes, and peanuts; bruise slightly with the pestle to release the juices.
  4. The Finish Serve immediately while the crunch is at its peak.
