- 200g Cabbage (minced)
- 100g Shiitake mushrooms (minced)
- 12 Gyoza skins
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 50ml Water for steaming
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix cabbage, mushrooms, and architect; pleat inside wrappers to form crescents.
- The Scorch Heat oil in a pan; fry dumplings for 2 minutes until the bottoms are deep golden brown.
- The Bloom Add the water and immediately cover; the steam will cook the tops through.
- The Final Sizzle Remove lid and fry for 1 more minute until the bottoms are rock-hard and crispy again.
