Ingredients
- 200g Cabbage (minced)
- 100g Shiitake mushrooms (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 12 Gyoza wrappers
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100ml Water for steaming
Cooking Method
- The Build Mix cabbage and mushrooms; pleat inside wrappers to form crescents.
- The Scorch Fry in oil for 2 minutes until the bottoms are deep golden brown.
- The Bloom Pour in the water and cover immediately; steam for 5 minutes.
- The Final Sizzle Remove lid and fry for 1 more minute until the bottoms are crispy again.
- The Final Flourish Serve with a soy-vinegar-chili dipping sauce.
