Ingredients: 400g Green beans (finely chopped), 2 tbsp Coconut oil, 1 tsp Mustard seeds, 1 tsp Urad dal, 2 Dried red chilies, 50g Grated fresh coconut, 0.5 tsp Turmeric...

Ingredients

  • 400g Green beans (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 Dried red chilies
  • 50g Grated fresh coconut
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric

Cooking Method

  1. The Temper Heat oil and sizzle mustard seeds and dal until they pop and turn golden.
  2. The Scorch Add the beans and turmeric; stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes until tender but crunchy.
  3. The Marriage Toss in the coconut; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon to cut through the coconut richness.
