- 400g Green beans (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 2 Dried red chilies
- 50g Grated fresh coconut
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
Cooking Method
- The Temper Heat oil and sizzle mustard seeds and dal until they pop and turn golden.
- The Scorch Add the beans and turmeric; stir-fry on high heat for 5 minutes until tender but crunchy.
- The Marriage Toss in the coconut; stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon to cut through the coconut richness.
