- 100g Gorgonzola (cubed)
- 1 small onion (pureed)
- 1 tbsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
Cooking Method
- The Build Knead meat, onion, and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of water.
- The Marriage Form into small balls; press a blue cheese cube into the center.
- The Scorch Fry orbs in oil on maximum heat until rock-hard charred and cheese is a molten silk.
- The Final Flourish Serve with raw Ajvar and raw fresh mint matchsticks.
