THE GOLDEN YAKIMESHI GRAINS
(Our Play on Japanese Hibachi Fried Rice)

Ingredients
- 300g Cooked rice (cold)
- 2 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Cooking Method
- The Scramble Fry eggs in a hot pan; scramble and remove while still soft.
- The Architect Melt butter; sauté onions until sweet and golden.
- The Scorch Add rice; stir-fry on max heat for 3 minutes until every grain is toasted in butter.
- The Bloom Add soy sauce and garlic powder with a 15ml splash of water to steam the grains.
- The Marriage Toss in the eggs; stir for 1 minute until the rice is 'dancing' and golden.
